A warrant is a legal document issued by a judge or
other judicial officer which authorizes a law enforcement officer to perform an action related to justice.
The restriction on using nonpublic information is not intended to affect a judge's ability to act on information as necessary to protect the health or safety of the judge or a member of a judge's family, court personnel, or
other judicial officers if consistent with other provisions of this Code.
Council also considered and dismissed petitions written against twelve
other Judicial Officers.

County judges serve six - year terms, and they are subject to the same disciplinary standards, and to the jurisdiction of the Judicial Qualifications Commission, as
all other judicial officers.
