junk food vegans that it really sh*t s me when I see / hear
others assuming that
because you're vegan, you must be healthy.

because they do not take into consideration
other risk factors.
Because of this, a growing number of children are becoming obese, and fast -
food and
other junk is becoming a common part of the average diet.
Candy, potato chips, and

junk foods» shouldn't be part of their diet
because they can crowd out the healthy
foods needed.
Our children also get occasionally
junk food at
other people's houses and at birthday parties, from grandparents etc and I don't worry about it
because I believe in moderation and not denying yourself or your child of certain
foods that can become a huge problem later on.
Even though I've coached my kids on moderate consumption of
other peoples
junk food, the truth is they love it and will devour it
because it's not something they get at home.
Consider the doctors and
other health care practitioners who eat
junk food all day
because they don't have time to eat a salad, drink too much at night to numb the pain of what they endure at work each day, are constantly sleep deprived, and suffer emotionally from the loneliness that stems from unhealthy relationships.
The only reason people need to worry is
because they live off of animal products and / or
other junk foods.
Sadly, many health - conscious people fear Mother Nature's traditional
foods because of the widespread marketing of Father Technology's processed, packaged and fast
foods, including soy and
other junk foods tricked out as «health
foods.»
It could be that the nerves in my Dad's heart might be misbehaving
because they are abnormal AND
because they are being assaulted by stressors resulting from his very standard American diet such as systemic inflammation, calcifications, reduced blood viscosity, reduced nitrous oxide, or any of the
other chronic insults to our hearts and vascular system that results when we eat animal proteins, lots of fat, especially saturated fat, and highly processed
junk plant
foods.
So, perhaps the real question is they are doing better
because of
other junk foods that they leave out?
In our modern society, some people have to worry about getting too much omega 6s
because they consume vegetable oils and
other junk foods.
In
other words, eating the adult vegetables might be healthier for us
because of (1) much lower price per pound, (2) much more filling, (3) much more fiber, (4) much more
other nutrients besides antioxidants, (5) slightly more antioxidants consumed per meal, (6) less risk of pathogenic bacteria, and (7) less risk of eating unhealthy
junk foods together with the same meal.
