of creed, away debating over who's
God is better and discover the error
of our ways before we destroy each
other... before it's too late, because The End is Nigh!!!!! LOL!!!!! Really though, isn't the world full
of enough tragedy, and aren't their so many more important things that need our energy and attention like the innocent children in Pakistan dying from diseases from the flood or the homeless children in our own country, or the lack
of education, which is exactly what leads to this
kind of debate?
I had in my heart and tongue the Name
of Allah when ever I had fears, troubles or depression

kind but from Jan 05 1995 when had lost my father and second brother in a car accident, it was the time I really felt am alone at age
of 33 to face all the challenges my father has left upon me to run and manage among
other partners therefore had been investigating the Quran as to understanding every word
of it rather than to memorize it, have been did a lot
of reciting verses
of prayers begging
God to look upon me and give me strength... am sure through such difficult times if I had no faith in
God I would have perished and lost every thing long ago... Another thing my heart always gave me signs and my mind gave me logic
of what to believe although have read many books abroad in my youth
of many beliefs out
of curiosity but could not belief in
other than that
God is one and Muhammed is his last prophet in all belief
of the Quran he brought upon me / us in all that it says... Should mention at times had experienced dreams seeing signs and warnings long in advance
of things going to happen A year or more before losing my father in a car accident I had seen him in my dream good bye wearing white cloth and going to board a tourist ship all crew dressed in white uniform rolling a red carpet on front
of him and when was on the top
of the stairs weaver smiling good bye... seen in another dream how or wealth will be stolen and what I will hold... so many things like that..
For me, it's amazing, you know I have to
kind of pinch myself, but on the
other hand, you know
God's a faithful
God, and it's not surprising in that sense, if you see what I mean.
The good news is that there are
other kinds of knowledge beyond scientific knowledge... and there are long philosophical tracts dealing with the existence
of God (both pro and con).
Sure we now think that these
other gods were just inventions, and you don't believe that any
of these
other gods were ever real, but with
gods having that
kind of track record how can you just assume that your
god is the one in a million exception?
I have found, for me, that when I start my day in the Bible, my heart and mind are better prepared to respond to
God's presence throughout the rest
of the day — and I usually find that I am
kinder in my responses to
other people and more gracious with myself.

I think the Israelite's did not think much more or less
of «their»
God then the surrounding nations did, they where all under some
kind of influence from one and the
other.
it reminds me the way Michael Frost (and many
others in
other words, like NT Wright, Bonhoeffer, and even Ellul) explain the kingdom
of God as being some
kind of a «trailer» for the Kingdom that is coming, and christians would be already living the the Kingdom reality right here in this world, where it seems to the eye that there is no kingdom
of God at all.
Based on what the Bible advocates and the supposed actions
of God in it, there is a good chance that those
other options could involve much nicer and
kinder creators.
America is doing more than any
other nation to spread the
kind of political structures that can best prepare the globe for
God's ultimate work

This
kind of love sees what is good and true and
of God in
others and wants to build that up, take it further and deeper into the life
of God and even challenge people to relinquish what is spiritually harmful to them.
We look to the Bible for insights about the nature
of God, the nature
of humans, the nature
of our relationship to

other, and the
kind of life that is appropriate to these.
