I want to make it again but I wanted to ask you if I can substitute the chickpeas for
other kind of beans (canellini, haricot, etc) and still be delicious?
I like to make soup, steamed vegetables and a salad, sometimes with sprouted lentils or
other kind of bean.
I'm pretty sure cranberry beans have as much luck in them as
any other kind of bean.
Question, are chickpeas safer than say
other kinds of beans?
Soy milk starts with soy beans, so I wondered if I could make milk from

kind of berry you prefer, and have fun changing it up with different mix - ins like lemon juice or zest, orange juice or zest, vanilla
bean seeds or extract, cinnamon, cardamom, and any
other spices or extracts you enjoy.
I didn't know
others got as excited as I do about white
beans — or
beans of any
kind in my case — I love them all!
Add steamed green
beans, edamame, sautéed Brussels sprouts and every
other kind of green food you can think
of and I will confess that I love them too.
