They are encouraging our children, especially the
kindies, to talk with each
other to share experiences to communicate through many different mediums.
Some of the things we've done outside the
kindy program is go on nature walks with some of the teachers and some of the
other classmates.
Each child in the
kindy room has their own bucket and will be encouraged to help «fill» each
other's buckets.
Although we try our best at the end of the day we care for five children each in a toddler setting and in a kindergarten it's 11 children, so even if you are the best educator ever thats a lot of love to share and parents don't realise their child is crying out for some more attention from them at home and it's usually not really anything to do with the educator, the
Kindy, the early childhood setting or the
other children.
