i made some the
other day in a really big slow cooker using about 31/2 carcasses (no
legs or wings).

Now, let's be honest — if you're looking to use overtraining as an excuse to skip
leg days every
other week, you probably aren't the sort to actually overtrain.
Iv been on a low carb diet for about 8 months now and this have really helped me lose weight and tone up however I'm currently 9 stone 1 and I'm 5» 7 ″ but but I feel my
legs are more muscular and I want them more leaner and slim I jog nearly every
day and after wards do some
other leg exercises however I feel this isn't helping I can't muscle really quickly and can tone really quick but i would like to lose more weight on my
legs but I'm not sure how to get this any
other way I did think of power walking instead of jogging??

leg press 20 to 40 rep sets 6sets then ham curls 10 to 15 reps 6 sets my next
leg day is
leg press or the icariann plate loaded
leg press i do 50 to 60 rep sets with different foot positions every 15 reps, then 1
leg presses rest pause sets of ten only 10 seconds rest at this point i quit counting just go go, this
leg press session is a half - hour not much rest and no knee pain I'm not going heavy it compliments my heavy squat
day my
other parts are done in similar fashion, i don't consider this a heavy light split, its more of a kind of heavy 1
day then moderate high rep next session for those that need a label i really feel this is awesome I've lowered my testosterone dose to 300 mg every 10
days remember im44 not 24 lol i can claim trt my point is i believe I've conditioned myself much more with michaels theories but to take my body to the next level i need to add more volume and excersise variance, i plan on competing within a year, thanks corey for your support i don know if we should post out training since its not according to michaels routine i would continue to hear about your ideas, progress, your like me always searching as you get older safety and longevity are paramount, at the same time we want to kickass and make gains its addictive if you want i can leave my number corey take care and i wish everyone good luck and good health!!!!!!

The challenge is to find a
leg workout that yields the greatest results in 15 minutes or less each
day without disrupting time planned for
other responsibilities.
I was thinking though, what about switching between an upper body
day and a
legs day every
other day, and maybe working my abs everyday to break up the
other leg and arm exercises?
One
day, you'll work with heavier weights and fewer reps while the
other day, you'll work with lighter weights and more reps.. When working the
legs is important that you achieve the appropriate range of motion so you can fully engage the gluteus and the hamstrings (sometimes neglected because of the wrong form).
These moves can be used as part of a great warm up for your
leg day workout or as a workout all on their own performed every
other day!
So, in its place of coaching them once per week at the top of your
leg day, target them thrice per week by adding them into different coaching
days with
other body parts this is termed as high frequency.
If I am doing 3 long runs per week, and on the
other days do your HIIT running interval training followed by a power walk, will this be enough to slim down my
legs.
:) I am sure I'll write you again telling you about my progress; I am trying to avoid barre and stick to ballet 3 times per weeks with yoga and resistance training (abs and arms), on the
other days so that I am not going to overtrain
legs.
For example, two
legs sessions per week might involve hitting quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves equally twice, or you could target quads and calves one
day and hamstrings and glutes on the
other.
As a teen, ive recently seemed to gain more fat and weight especially in the lower half, so ive started doing morning or afternoon power walks / light jogging for at least 30 minutes everyday combined with HIIT (targeted area e.g.
legs) on every
other day.
Plus for the past year I've been exercising everyday, starting with a 20 min run 3x a week and swimming the
other days or doing a YouTube workout but only for about 20 mins, since Xmas I've been doing more running probably four or five times a week for 30 mins and then swimming the
others but now I've noticed my
leg muscles are bigger and I maybe have more flesh / fat?!

day on the treadmill power walking, would that slim my
legs faster than if i did it the 3 times a week like you suggest to

day» or «tomorrow is
legs day» — they're focusing the
day's work on a muscle group that's fresh, and giving
other muscle groups the
day off.
To a large number of
others, the
leg day is the one square on the calendar that you painfully dread, the one that you know will require both vigorous effort and agonizing labor.

leg day meant really hard to walk the next that rough, fully spotting each
other to give it over a 100 % Could this be done @ 40 years old now?
I hit glutes nearly every
other day with bosu ball squats, quick straight
leg kickbacks, weighted glute hip thrusts or plyos — everyday if you count my cardio sessions!
