I don't know maybe my
legs won't bulk up if I'll do 10 kg squats and lunges and kettlebell squats and sumo squats and step

other leg exercises that work on my quads.
Hi Becca, it would be better to do
other leg exercises that use your entire body such as squats, burpees etc, (rather than
machines) but just keep in mind that these type of exercises do build some muscle but are also great for leaning out your entire body.
The deadlift appears to be a better hamstrings exercise than the back squat but the Romanian deadlift is similar to
other commonly - performed hamstrings exercises (Nordic curl, glute - ham raise,
machine leg curl).
