I haven't made it yet because I wanted a more accurate idea of how many calories I'd be eating first but wanted to comment so
others weren't deterred from making this based on the
nutritional info alone.
I've yet to make this and had almost decided to toss the recipe based on the
nutritional info that was in some of the
other reviews.
But I do appreciate that
others need / want to monitor different types of specific
nutritional info.
I hope no one will take offense, but an RD that runs the FS Dept might not have the expertise, and yes a resturanture with Hotel / Rest Mgmt degree / experience can always use a program to evaluate the
nutritional info needed for the USDA / NSLP programs such as Nutri - kids or
others that does the required
nutritional analysis.
Within the space of three hours, I eat 106 grams of carbs, which is more than two - thirds of my entire day's intake (for people who aren't familiar with
nutritional info, that might not sound like a lot, but consider this: I'm eating two serves of oatmeal and a serve of rice plus all the
other proteins and fats I need).

other than 11grams of protein each, could you tell us how many calories, fat, carbohydrate, sugar levels?
