I loved the saltiness from the almond butter with it but
other nut butter would work really well

I eat a lot of
other nuts on a daily basis so I don't feel that it's necessary to eat peanuts
too.
I do that with
other ingredients
too (
nut and seed flours, sweeteners, etc.).
I am not
too fond of just eating them by themselves but if you make your own trail mix and add
other berries, seeds, and
nuts then these are more palatable.

nuts u can use cashews, almonds, seasme seeds instead or in combination with peanuts... u could try experimenting with different layers of thickness... and even try a mould that would make it look more like a hersheys bar... easier to break off without creating
too many crumbles
You see, raw foods (fresh fruits, vegetables,
nuts, seeds, and a few
others), consumed in the same state as we'd find them in nature (technically, nothing heated above 115F46 C), are considered to provide optimum nutritional value while retaining the natural enzymes that may help us to digest those same foods (when foods are cooked, your pancreas must take on this monumental task on its own — not
too much fun for the l'il pancreas).

Nuts (not all schools, but some) and seeds / seed butters, Greek yogourt (I know it's in dairy
too) Quinoa, Hummus, peas, lentils, etc I know you can't have a mile long list, but maybe people will see this comment for some

I have seizures from
too much soybean oil or msg as well as many
other foods like
nuts & oils... sugars & spices... artificials & perservatives & synthetics plus a gluten problem eating wheat oats barley 7 rye.
Including
other nuts into your diet is fine, but try not to overwhelm the ratio
too much towards omega 6, otherwise ALA will not be converted effectively to DHA and EPA.
I know of
other vegans who are allergic to beans and
nuts too actually.
Organs and
other pastured meats, seafood, avocados, and green vegetables cooked in plenty of fat are emphasized, and not
too many fruits or

Swap the peanut butter for your favorite
nut butter if you have peanut allergies, swap the seeds for
other nuts if you have seed allergies — it's
too easy!

other plant fats are so tasty and satisfying, that it's easy to eat

Actually, I can very easily eat over 200 percent of RDA for fats by ingesting
too much tahini, macadamia
nut butter, coconut butter, and

other nut butter choices (such as organic peanut butter or cashew butter which are actually legumes) are also wonderful

The reason why some people don't recommend
nuts, cheese and
other foods is their carb content (not sure why they think cheese is
too high in carbs because it's almost zero - carb).
I'll have to incorporate more Brazil
nuts into my diet, though, as they are not something I eat
