Rolled Oats, Flour, and
other oat products can be milled to a standard spec or your specifications.
I thought that oats did have gluten in it but when I read that that wasn't necessarily so I was excited because I love oatmeal and
other oat products.
We have very sensitive guts in our household and have not been able to eat most
all other oat products except for this one!
It is higher in fiber than
the other oat products because of the presence of the hull.

In a recent «Focus Group Study» of celiac's who were not eating oats either because of fear or had previous reactions to
other gluten free oats, 95 % had no problem with PrOatina oatmeal and have added PrOatina
Oat products to their diets.
Flavoured quick
oat products, on the
other hand, often already have sugar added, and the quantity varies.

I mixed together rolled outs, steel - cut oats, all - natural peanut butter,
oat bran, a few pumpkin seeds and of course, a few mini chocolate chips -LCB- a girl's got ta have a bit of chocolate -RCB- along with a few
other real food ingredients and got a great finished
product!!
You can also mix
other grains, such as quinoa, amaranth, cracked wheat or spelt, and grain
products, such as wheat germ, wheat bran or even additional
oat bran, with oatmeal.
Some
other things I found that helped (calms forte — a homeopathic
product, but it has
oat seed, which alas, contains gluten, possibly 30 ppm, because it's a homeopathic remedy), blue light blocking glasses, and trying to avoid eating a big meal before bed, which is sometimes difficult because I get home late from work.
Other innovative grain
products have additional beneficial ingredients including
oat - based
products fortified with omega - 3 fatty acids and vitamin E, and enriched pasta made with wheat, oats, spelt, legumes, and flaxseed.
One might claim them to be gluten - free as well, but there's a debate on avenin in oats — some people with celiac disease can tolerate gluten from uncontaminated
oat products, but
others react with an autoimmune response.
We were the first to bring orchard grass hay into the market, and the same goes for
oat hay and a couple
other hay
products.
Shredded paper towels, pelleted paper
products,
oat hulls, wheat grass and wood shavings (
other than pine or cedar) are the best bedding materials to use.
Companies will list potato, rice, rice bran, barley,
oat meal and many
others to disguise the fact that their food is made up of more plant
products than animal protein.
