other organic maple syrup producers.

But am unsure what exact ingredients to get for
other recipes as I have been shopping around but not having any luck finding the right
maple syrup, vanilla or cacao powder and date syrup... what type of
maple syrup shall I buy (is
organic ok to use?).
The only
other sweeteners i will allow is raw honey and
maple syrup (
organic only for all three), though i use them rarely.

organic stevia in some applications (like coffee and tea where you just need a bit), but it doesn't provide the right texture in this recipe, so it's important not to sub the
maple with that without adding some
other sort of liquid, which I haven't experimented with.

organic lemons, divided • 1/4 cup neutral coconut oil — scoopable, at room temperature • 1/2 cup pistachios — chopped, plus more for garnish • 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (not thawed) blueberries • 1/4 cup aquafaba (water from a can of chickpeas or
other beans) • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for the glaze • 1/4 cup cashew butter • 1 1/2 tablespoons
maple syrup or honey • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric — for colour • juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup gluten - free rolled oats 1/2 cup buckwheat flakes 2/3 cup wild blueberries 2 cups cashew milk (or
other plant - based milk) a pinch of salt 1/2 tsp vanilla powder 1/2 tsp ground cardamom 1 - 2 tsp
organic honey (or
maple syrup for a vegan alternative) + berries and cashew milk, for serving
Other ingredients:
maple crystals,
organic wildflower honey, molasses, fruit sugar, whole food concentrates including apple, apricot, banana, black currant, camu - camu, cranberry, orange, papaya, peach, pineapple, red raspberry, red grape, strawberry, broccoli, garlic clove, onion bulb, parsley leaf, and spirulina; stearic acid, silica and natural flavors.
If you're paleo and prefer
other natural alternatives, then I think raw honey or
organic maple syrup would work.
