powder» which sometimes contains wheat flour (so just check the label, I've not found a supermarket that
does nt have a choice), and «bicarbonate of soda» which
does nt.
Ingredients: 3/4 cup vegan butter 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons ground flax seed in 6 tablespoons water (lightly beaten) 1 cups agave nectar for the batter, OR 1 1/2 cups agave if you like cakes very sweet 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 4 cups All Purpose Gluten - Free Flour (We use Bob's Red Mill) * 2 teaspoons baking

If you're using the chipotle pepper instead of the

Yeah it was a good haul I have never tried any of the
other protein
powders so it is difficult to compare, but I find the pea protein mixes really well into smoothies, I don't find it chalky or anything, I can barely taste it in there.
Nice recipe, could possibly
do with less baking
powder, but

I wanted to point out that I don't think you need to mix the wet and dry separately since there's no chemical reaction going on (usually baking soda / baking
powder plus something like buttermilk or
