There are a number
of other quests added to the game that don't fit in the above categories.

If you don't accept either quest then this one ends and you can't pursue
the other quests in the series, even if you stumble onto the objectives that are part of them.

Other quests will appear without warning during your campaign which relate to the faction's history and current affairs.
Other quests are quirky and interesting like helping a Demon Hunter who accidentally turned himself into a skeleton get back into his normal body, or helping a native with a terrible hangover get back to his village.
Unfortunately, most of
the other quests don't quite have that level of impact.
You can also get quests to complete and get skills / money, and
other quests can be done to help improve your character.
The only significant change between any of them is, of course, the dialogue, which ranges from hilarious and memorable (The Hangover quest) to entirely forgettable (almost
every other quest).
I finished the quest line in Velia but Santo didn't give
me any other quests.

the other quests are available only once per Family throughout the event.
The other quest, of course, is finding Power Moons so you can move to the next world.
There are
other quests that just have slightly new dialog, but a good amount have been totally reworked which makes replaying the game a little more interesting.
