The camera button is housed on
the other side of the handset, just below the volume controls.

One quirk with the design was the decision to put the power button along the right
side of the device instead
of on top like almost every
other handset, and it took a little getting used to.
You'll find the same touches around the
handset that you will across the
other handsets from RIM, the black rubberised
side keys, the same use
of panels and trim.
The power button sits on the right hand
side of the
handset which is a strange one for an LG phone considering we are used to it on the back, while the
other side of it sits the volume rocker.
In any case, the device's physical keys are located on the right, and this
handset comes with a quad - camera setup, two
of its cameras are placed on the back, while the
other two can be found on the front
side of the device.
You'll notice
other peculiar things too, such as the chamfered edges, which feature four strategically placed breaks at the top
of the
handset and on the
sides near the modular attachment.
The dedicated Bixby button is present on the left edge
of the
handset alongside the volume rocker, and the power button is on the
other side.
The left
side of the Wileyfox Spark Plus is home to the volume rocker, and is otherwise completely flush, while the right
of the
handset is devoid
of features,
other than the power button.
Other changes are likely to include the
handset's ambient light sensor moving from the left
side to the right
side of the device, a possible dual - lens camera for the iPhone 7 Plus, and possibly the ditching
of the headphone jack.
That means that you'll be able to keep on talking with friends as you engage with
other apps, docked to the
sides of your
handset's screen.
Like
other Windows Phone 7
handsets there are tight guidelines as to what it can and can't offer, and so that means you get three buttons (back / Start / search) underneath the screen and a series
of dedicated camera and volume buttons around the
sides.
You'll find the same touches around the
handset that you will across the
other handsets from RIM, the black rubberised
side keys, the same use
of panels and trim.
As the
handset launched on the
other side of the pond a little less than a month ago, we've had an opportunity to try it out and as we noted in our hands - on piece, we were pleasantly surprised by how snappy and solid it feels for a device that costs less than $ 280 ($ 320) in Europe.
The final say from our
side is that choose the Obi SF1 if you'd like the design because similar specifications
of processor and camera are available on
other handsets as well.
The irony I considered every time I held the Note 4 to the
side of my head for a call is that the audience for the phablet probably uses their
handset for voice more often than most
other smartphone owners do.
