In college, I ate a very unhealthy version - white
rice with some soy sauce, sesame oil, a sprinkling
of ground red pepper, and a fried egg on top (over easy) along with some dried seaweed and
other side dishes.

other night), I am really crushing on this version right here, simply topped with avocado, spicy mustard, and a few
other goodies that can be adapted depending on what greenery you have in your fridge.

side of the bowl and fresh greens on the
other.

Push the

The sticky, spicy sauce that covers the eggplant and
other veggies, and the crunchy cashews are a perfect match for a
side of fluffy
rice.

of them nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, marshmellows any gf cereal and what ever
other things might taste good n r gf, or if u really wanted to follow the directions on the
side of the box

other hand if you want them to be on the softer
side, decrease the quantity
of rice flour.
Once you are into the second week
of rice cereal and are feeding 5 - 8 T each time are you still doing the same breastfeeding routine (nurse on one
side, offer cereal, nurse on the

Well when
other potential
sides (like quinoa,
rice, etc) are totally out
of the equation for a set amount
of time, I found myself focused on making really delicious recipes with the ingredients that I could have.
