I love that it isn't a heavy like
other sleeping masks.
All in all, I don't think this Etude House Bubble Tea Sleeping Pack does anything extraordinary that
other sleeping masks don't do.
But I do prefer this to
the other sleeping masks just because it's less sticky and it smells good.
Personally I wouldn't use it as a facial cleanser but only as a sleep mask, because the size of that jar and the price you pay makes it absolutely worth it compared to
other sleep masks.

We brought Glazer and Jacobson to our HQ — the BA Test Kitchen — and had them take turns blindfolding (a.k.a. putting a
sleep mask on) each
other and tasting their way through some of our favorite foods around NYC.
and most today only think it's «normal» when a baby isn't getting what it needs first... SO THAT IT HAS NO
OTHER CHOICE BUT TO CRY... and you should read «it takes a village» by clinton... yes parents are people too and yes if you don't take care of yourself first then you can't take care of your baby... just like when you get on an airplane you're instructed to in an emergency put on your oxygen
mask first THEN help the child sitting next to you... BUT the only reason it's impossible for most people to keep their baby from crying is because they are trying to raise their babies alone without the help of the «village»... so come down off your high horse and just ask for help... it will not only help you (listed you first because of your obvious selfishness from your post... «we don't stop having needs to
sleep and eat and have relations with our peers either») but it will mostly benefit the baby.
Some people think that they can just get a
sleep mask and avoid all of these
other steps of getting blackout curtains, covering all of your devices with black electrical tape, etc..
A few
other things have helped improve my
sleep experience: — no electronics at least 1 hour before bed, including TV — amber goggles after nightfall — 500 mg of magnesium half an hour before bed — 20 - minute epsom salt baths — guided meditation for relaxation just before
sleeping — bedroom cooled to 65F or lower — blackout curtains — eye
mask

The result is that there are more steps in the regimen and product categories that don't quite exist in
other countries - or until they catch on (essences, ampoules,
sleeping masks, face
masks, finishers, patting
masks, etc.).

sleeping with
other people in the room so anything to help block out noise & light is a must!
