So, I swapped out the ground beef and pork sausage for leaner ground chicken and Italian chicken sausage, traded the
spaghetti noodles for
spaghetti squash, made a couple
other tweaks... and I'm in meatball marinara heaven.
As I'm sure you know, if you are trying to lose weight (more specifically, lose body fat), pastas,
spaghetti, and
other noodles are one of the WORST things you can include in your meals... they are extremely calorie - dense compared to the small amount of micronutrients you get from them...
