I love the crunch of the added walnuts, and recommend the banana - espresso addition for those of you who are looking to rid yourself of overripe bananas in something
other than banana bread!

Other than maybe a metaphorical similarity between the time it takes a sourdough starter to develop it's flavor for its addition to a classic recipe such as
banana nut
bread and myself aging from 16 and 30 years old (although hopefully without a smell) yet still enjoying the music of my youth.
Obviously not sweet at all
other than the hint of
banana sweetness, but if you're looking for more of I guess an actual
BREAD and not a cake, just flat out drop the sugar.
I am terrified of anything
other than almost - green
bananas, though for my
banana bread I'll let them get brown, soft, and almost oozing.
The texture is moist and chewier
than any
other paleo
banana bread I've made, has a great mildly sweet flavor, and you can dress it up any way you like (chopped nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, blueberries, etc!)

I believe
banana bread shouldn't be sweetened with anything
other than naturalness (
bananas + stevia), so I'm a fan.
Still seemed a bit drier
than other banana breads I've made in the past.
Other than milkshakes,
banana bread is the best way to use up over-ripe
bananas....
Other than the fact that it's namesake of this blog and my fave fruit, I went with vegan
banana bread because it's such a classic, comforting
bread that everybody loves.
It was no more dense
than any
other banana bread, in spite of the whole wheat flour.
I baked some
banana bread the
other day, and... per usual... I ate the whole thing in less
than 48 hours.
This cake is a bit less traditional
than some of my
other mini cakes (and big cakes, too) because it tastes a little bit like
banana bread would taste like if it had a lot more
banana flavour in it.
We've sweetened them with honey and used half regular and half spelt flours to make these muffins a little more healthy
than other banana breads and muffins.
Even
bananas, which are higher in starch
than other fruits, are preferable to
bread.
