I love the crunch of the added walnuts, and recommend the banana - espresso addition for those of you who are looking to rid yourself of overripe bananas in something
other than banana bread!

Actually, I can not think of anytime were I have ever mixed my fruit (
other than bananas) with chocolate.

I'm striving to use less
bananas and more fruit / veg
other than berries and kale.
Other than maybe a metaphorical similarity between the time it takes a sourdough starter to develop it's flavor for its addition to a classic recipe such as
banana nut bread and myself aging from 16 and 30 years old (although hopefully without a smell) yet still enjoying the music of my youth.
Btw, the store that figures out how package
bananas so that you can buy 5 at a time, one fully green, one just about freckled, and the
other three a range in - between so that you can have a perfectly ripe
banana each morning (rather
than none ripe then all overripe at once!)
Obviously not sweet at all
other than the hint of
banana sweetness, but if you're looking for more of I guess an actual BREAD and not a cake, just flat out drop the sugar.
I am terrified of anything
other than almost - green
bananas, though for my
banana bread I'll let them get brown, soft, and almost oozing.
The texture is moist and chewier
than any
other paleo
banana bread I've made, has a great mildly sweet flavor, and you can dress it up any way you like (chopped nuts, chocolate chips, raisins, blueberries, etc!)

Adding berries,
bananas, apples, carrots and
other sweeter vegetables will make spirulina far tastier
than it is on its own or with
other greens.
Pair this up with the power - packed coconut water, which helps replenish electrolytes and packs in more potassium

I think these tasted good, i used more
than a few tablespoons for each one and i did notice the middle to feel dry or that uncooked kinda feeling and i wonder did i not mix well enough,

I baked some

other day, and... per usual... I ate the whole thing in less
than 48 hours.
This cake is a bit less traditional
than some of my
other mini cakes (and big cakes, too) because it tastes a little bit like
