I'm striving to use less bananas and more fruit / veg
other than berries and kale.
So here is my question / comment - is the keto plan devoid of all fruit
other than berries?
I love these in the morning because they are quick and taste great without anything
other than some berries added.
So far, after a month, he still hasn't touched anything
other than the berries.
As for other fruit, I believe you'd just need the equivalent amount of fruit juice but I haven't tried anything
other than berries (and watermelon) yet.
Honestly, almost any type of fruit (
other than berries and peaches) is snack pack compatible, but I prefer apples and bananas.
