I can't call
other vacation rental management
companies because there aren't any to my knowledge which is why I started managing my own 4 years ago and it quickly turned into a scalable business.
@Alex Zemianek I would recommend calling
other vacation rental property management
companies in your state and asking if their employees are licensed real estate brokers.
