I've tried
other vegan cheese sauces, but never one with chickpeas.
If you don't want to make the cashew cheese, you can ofcourse use daiya cheese, or
any other vegan cheese equivalent.
Here's how it works: tahini, with its slightly nutty, rich, savory flavor, makes a great base for some oozy vegan cheese, and unlike
some other vegan cheese bases, it's already blended up for you and ready to go.
This is an artisan vegan cheese made from almond milk and it is simply beyond compare to
