others run rotational

If you want to apply to the IHG future leaders
programme you'll need a bachelors degree or equivalent, fluency in English and at least one
other European or international language, and at least one year's relevant
experience, which can include internships or
work experience.
Others give you
experience working across different departments, such as HR, sales, marketing, IT or finance — degree apprenticeships and sponsored degree
programmes, in particular, are often structured in this way.
