Through their entrances into heaven, Heather found her calling and passion in life - to walk alongside
other women in their
journey of loss and
healing - and is currently writing her first book
on the topic.
After embarking
on her own self -
healing journey, Danielle is passionate about helping
other women find the key to unlocking physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional wellness.
The resulting conversations have warmed my heart, as doctors and patients have born witness to each
other, teaching each
other how to talk, how to listen, and how to become effective partners
on a
healing journey.
There may be
other factors at play, however, pomegranates are an incredibly powerful tonic that can help
on the
journey to
healing naturally.
However, when I looked more closely, the results weren't as definitive as I was expecting — my ratio showed as 7.78:1 which indicates a «moderate sluggish thyroid «but there was another reading
on the graph that was a lot more extreme than my Calcium / Potassium ratio... I think a part of me hoped that my thyroid was the only thing that needed immediate attention as I felt like I'd tried every
other avenue... however my body just loves making my
healing journey as hard as possible for me!

I decided to start this podcast to document our
journey of
healing through GAPS, as well as to share the stories and research of
others on a similar mission.

Healing, Moving Forward, and Never Giving Up, she reflects
on her personal
journey and explores the heartening accounts of
others who have transcended hardship and found happiness.
Parenthood in my 30s led me to take up my spiritual
journey, and after several decades of being active in Unitarian Universalism, in my 60s I have also come to think of myself as a progressive Christian as well as a UU — a return to the faith I grew up in, but
on a different level, taking scripture seriously but not literally (and for me, serious literature can be scripture too, especially poetry, and scriptures of
other faiths...) I am content to say God is a mystery, a word we use to point to all that is good and beautiful and
healing, a creative energy at work that we can experience through our loving relationships, through art and music, through the pursuit of science, and in the «church» of nature.
She is also an energy
healing practitioner with a deep commitment to assisting
others on their
journey to physical, emotional and spiritual well - being.
I consider it a privilege to hear my clients» stories and to partner with them
on their
journeys of growth and
healing so they can experience more intimacy with God and with
others.
