kitchen scale I've ever owned has had the ability to measure in both grams and
ounces, so no matter what cookbook you get, it'll be easy for you to make the recipes!

kitchen scale actually has grams as well as
ounces!
But I» ll definitely get a new
kitchen scale first (mine is an old analog
scale that only measures to the nearest
ounce — and even then, I don't think it's accurate!)
I suggest you just use a
kitchen scale and go by the grams /
ounces.
It is worth it to purchase a simple
kitchen scale that weighs in both grams and
ounces / pounds.
But basically all that's required is an affordable digital
kitchen scales with grams and
ounces that's not too difficult to work with.
Of course, you need to be 100 % confident that it is not unpleasant for the dog (you know how sensitive they can be quite well), as well to own
kitchen scales that show measures in
ounces.
