The
problem came when my son turned one and we found
out he had a lot
of food allergies.
While I do not dismiss the recent grassroots efforts that have gained significant strength via a petition to get pink slime
out of school cafeterias, I worry that the focus on it detracts from bigger and more important

And if a few
of those family members have health
problems or
food intolerances, well... it seems like a full - time job just to figure
out what to eat.
When your body can't pull the nutrients
out of food and ferry them around, you suffer from nutrient deficiencies, which cause a host
of other health
problems, like osteoporosis, fertility issues, rashes, and anemia.
What I'm trying to say is that the testing isn't always very reliable and most people still have to do their own
food experiments to figure
out what works to get rid

out gluten, still have other higher FODMAP
foods like cruciferous vegetables or broccoli or onion, and their symptoms are gone.
Because sneaky, added sugar is the cause
of so much weight gain, inflammation and health
problems, it's worth finding
out which
foods you're eating regularly contain it.
