Coal mines in the UK were shut down amid a historic
dispute between the Government and miners, and the declining cost
of importing coal from elsewhere against the rising costs
of domestic production, not because Britain had run
out of coal.
He has extensive experience

out of the jurisdiction, guarantee
disputes, bills
of exchange, and documentary credits.
Over the past twenty years, Mr. Glaholt has successfully mediated a wide range
of construction
disputes, ranging from multi-party infrastructure, EPCM, design / build, PPP, project close -
out and similar
disputes, both during the course
of construction and as part
of formal
dispute resolution processes, to home builder and other
domestic cases.
