The kids get given numerous chocolate
eggs and I always have the dilemma
of whether to let them eat them all
at once or eek them
out for months.

out the calculator you can figure that the sugar is 55 %
of the flours, equaling 170 g,

I can't look
at a runny
egg for
at least a week

of the requirements — is to just have everyone bring in vegetarian dishes).
A few things I can't get enough

For this breakfast dish, I use a base
of polenta, crowned with a poached

at least 10 minutes before slicing into 8 portions.
At work I added mini chocolate chips to the batter and I used 3 medium
eggs instead
of 2 large
eggs and it came
out perfectly.
This is what worked for me finally... whipped the
egg whites for eight minutes with 1/2 tsp
of cream
of tartar, slowly mixed in the softened cream cheese and protein powder, baked it
at 325 for 30 minutes, then turned the oven off but left the bread inside to cool — turned
out amazing.

On a flight to Australia, I had so much food I didn't even eat it all, but it was totally worth is when the hostess gave
out sad little
egg salad sandwiches
at about hour 16 and I had all
of these great healthy choices to eat.

If there's one thing a person gets
out of being an avid vegan baker, it's banana bread recipes, which is
at least partly attributable to the fact that bananas work so well as

I agree with this comment, as well as with the others on industrial agriculture, though I do want to mention that there are small town, local and organic farmers
out there who treat animals and the environment well — while I do not support the dairy or
egg industry, I love to see our friend Bob's hens running around wild, pecking
at bugs, etc. and we will eat those
eggs, which are seasonal because hens naturally lay more during certain times
of the year.
