out of coconut powder.

of my many attempts at baking this, so i used 1/3 c water mixed with 1/3 scoop vanilla protein
powder and mixed it in a shaker bottle to make my own «vanilla milk»... it worked great!
Line muffin pan with paper liners - In the bowl
of an electric mixer, whisk together the
coconut milk, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract - In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, almond meal, cocoa
powder, baking soda, baking
powder, and salt - With the mixer on low - speed, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet until mixture is uniform and smooth (do not overmix)- Pour batter in liners, filling cups no more than 2/3 full - Bake 18 - 20 inutes, or until cake tester comes
out clean - Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely
I just couldn't bring myself to BAKE the nutrients and life
out of the
coconut oil, raw cacao, chia seeds, raw protein
powder and the
coconut flour.
I omitted the cocoa
powder and just used 1.5 more tablespoons
of coconut flour and they turned
out great.
Primal candy: melt and layer (or combine) any
of the following ingredients: Cacao
Powder Cacao Butter Real cow butter
Coconut oil
Coconut flakes Nuts and dried fruit Sweetener
of choice Spread
out on a large baking sheet for «bark» or in deeper pans for «chunks».
I use unsweetened original almond milk, solid
coconut oil, and have even used 1/2 baking soda 1/2 baking
powder because I didn't have a whole tablespoon
of baking
powder at the time - still turn
out great!
I used several small bowls to dip the
coconut - and sprinkle - covered cupcakes into, but for the most part I used one bowl to mix the rest
of the frostings, simply wiping or rinsing the bowl
out between batches and leaving the dark - colored cocoa
powder and nut butter frostings until the end.
I did make a few substitutions though, because I lacked some ingredients: half & half for milk,
powdered swerve for sugar and butter for
coconut oil, and ended up having to add another tablespoon
of coconut flour, and they turned
out perfectly fluffy and delicious.

powder, loads
of coconut water (current addiction) and
of course:

of cinnamon 1 tsp
coconut oil 1 tsp peanut butter Mix well to spread
out the peanut butter.
Start shaping small balls
out of the mixture and roll them in some shredded
coconut, cocoa
powder or spirulina

replaced brown with
coconut sugar,, added some espresso
powder and sprinkled Maldon sea salt flakes after pulling them
out of the oven... will definitely make again!

So I make a keto flatbread (paratha) using the Headbanger's Kitchen recipe
of coconut flour and psyllium husk
powder with a bit
of baking
powder, the bread comes
out really well and is a good enough meal for me with 4 net carbs per piece.My question is it bad to eat this everyday if it fits in my macros.
Just made these —
powdered the
coconut sugar in a coffee grinder and mixed everything by hand... rolled the dough
out between two sheets
of parchment paper and made wonderful cut
out cookies!
In the summer, I keep chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter,
coconut milk, cashew milk, frozen strawberries, and cocoa
powder stocked, and I dose them
out into daily smoothies, depending on what fruit I have around and what sort
of mood I'm in.
After they flattened (kind
of like the
powdered erythritol just sucked the air
out of the egg whites), I threw in 3 extra whipped egg whites (I am not throwing away that many ingredients) and 3 tablespoons

I used regular
powdered sugar instead
of coconut sugar for the glaze, because I was too lazy to drag
out the food processor.
I used honey because I didn't have
coconut sugar and the cocoa
powder flavor was a bit strong for me so I added a couple tablespoons
of stevia and they turned
out great!
Replace 1/4 cup
of the tigernut flour with a pure hemp protein
powder; replace the sunflower seeds with ground flax seeds (flax meal); leave
out the
coconut oil, and instead add more
of the mulberry soaking liquid until it gathers together into a ball.
I also added a mix
of crushed pecans, whole wheat flour,
coconut oil and cinnamon to the tops and when they came
out added a glaze made with

This natural product is made
out of organic beeswax, organic
coconut oil, organic cocoa mass, doTerra Essential Oils, mica
powder (only in the red one!)
1 - had no hazelnut butter or
coconut oil so i made a concoction
of peanut butter, nutella, and almond meal as a substitute 2 — ran
out of cocoa
powder for the topping, and added a bit more nutella as a chocolate sub 3 — after baking i was looking at my counter and realized that i had forgotten to include the avocado in the recipe -LRB-!)
Going to try it again but maybe sub
out the cocoa
powder for some
coconut flour and see if it works as a sort

So I made these a few days ago, only changed the recipe to 2 tbsp dark cocoa
powder (I only had vanilla protein
powder), used SF carmel syrup instead
of the maple, and melted the dark chocolate with just almond milk and left
out coconut oil.
coconut cream
powder is made by squeezing the liquid
out of the
coconut meat (after which the meat or pulp is discarded) and then dehydrating that liquid.
I did make a few substitutions though, because I lacked some ingredients: half & half for milk,
powdered swerve for sugar and butter for
coconut oil, and ended up having to add another tablespoon
of coconut flour, and they turned
out perfectly fluffy and delicious.
I really would love to try Nikki's
coconut butter, and I think Orgain is the vegan protein
powder that sounds the best to me
out of all
of them!
Could one leave
out the collagen
powder and just add an additional 1/4 cup
of coconut or almond flour?
FYI, using the Collagen
powder in place
of the protein or
coconut flour turned
out great!
I cut
out the center
of the cupcake and filled them with some cooked mango bits, and made some frosting with
coconut oil,
coconut cream, and
powdered sugar, and topped it all with some shredded
coconut.
