They cross the border, break a prisoner out of an American Fort, and tangle with a dope smoking bounty hunter with a wooden hand and a loyal falcon named Marsha.

Perhaps the screenplay was written to mimic the main character's doped - out dissociative state, but it feels more like a collection of disconnected set - pieces than a cohesive film of its own.
