I am obsessed with «protein pancakes» but if you're going for 2 ingredients, egg beaters and a scoop of protein powder works best — I tried it with egg whites today because my grocery store ran
out of egg beaters and there is a HUGE difference in consistency.

of eggs and only used 2 slices

Hello, I made these last night but was
out of regular
eggs and used
egg beaters, the biscuit came
out very eggy.
I've never tried them with
egg beaters but I appreciate you letting us know that it works because a bunch
of people have asked and I hadn't had a chance to test it
out yet!
