out of our diet so I was super pumped to find a new type of «cheese» at the grocery store — > Miyokos double cream sun - dried tomato garlic «cheese» that's made from cashews!

Hello Ella I've got PoTS and chronic fatigue
so I'm really trying to have a better
diet so that I can start feeling better because I'm 16 and I never get
out of my house.
I suffer from Crohn's disease and decided a radical change
of diet might be a very good idea, especially as I'm such a sugar lover,
So I've cut
out sugar (was already gluten - free, and a veggie) and have stuck to good, healthy Ella - type food for the last week.it's already made a massive difference.
So I spent last week and this past weekend drifting in and
out of a feverish state, catching up on several seasons» worth
of Archer and Portlandia episodes, and trying to find new ways
of incorporating bone broth into my
diet (hint: developing recipes while under the influence
of flu medicine is never a good idea).
It's not gluten free,
so I knew I had to make a version
of it that would be friendly to those like me (not intolerant but I try to keep it

diet whenever possible) or anyone else allergic to wheat products.
Someone living a healthy life and enjoying a balanced
diet is far less likely to be stressed
out than someone with a poor

so what we may need to do is introduce ways

They aren't always good for us though,

I can't eat chili peppers

I was in the mood for burgers and discovered we were
out of ground beef, but we do have a ton
of quinoa in the freezer (from an abortive attempt at a special
diet for our puppy — long story),

of these food items obviously are very healthy,
so you can't cut them all
out of your
diet.
But
so much
of those substances have been cut
out of their
diets, it's no wonder they have trouble paying attention, develop mood and behavior disorders (ADD, ADHD, and autism), and continue to display low testing scores.
