Had to throw
out a fourth
of my
mushrooms due to rot, so I used a whole sweet potato instead
of the carrot.
I used Pearl River Superior Dark Soy Sauce (
Mushroom flavor), and irish whiskey because I had run
out of bourbon... I guess that makes it Whiskey Chicken.
Made this a month or so ago when all my non-mushroom eaters where
out of town (how these sons can carry my DNA and hate

I left the

of mushroom soup, so you caught my attention with this!
About 40 minutes before the party, take the stuffed
mushrooms out of the refrigerator and bake.
Then you can pull
out when ever you need - toss it with veggies & pasta, pour it over chicken breast, use it for another batch
of the
mushrooms (you can check

I did add garlic
mushrooms after cooking, but was tasty without, and I wouldn't feel left
out if the rest
of the family had a take away and I had one
of these.
There's no need to take the chicken and
mushrooms out of the pot to boil the pasta in water then fool with draining it.
Back when we lived in the States, one
of our favorite French restaurants would serve crêpes filled with chicken and
mushrooms that were
out of this world.
When roasted tomatoes and onion /
mushroom mixture is ready take it
out of the oven and let it cool off a little bit.
