breastfeeding class when pregnant, have a breastpump in the house before the baby is born, buy nursing bras that have front panels that you can open easily (and bring some to the hospital with you when you go to give birth), don't be afraid to pump and let someone else give the baby a bottle
of your milk when you need to sleep, hold off on introducing baby food until much closer to 1 year old than 6 ohtnms, and be prepared for it to be hard and possibly painful at first (think cracked, bleeding nipples and breasts that are so full
of milk you think they will explode so also have lanolin and / or nipple cream in the house, and nurse or pump well before you let yourself become engorged and in pain).
