Didn't have any basil and had run
out of onions so substituted with a red pepper.
I used to add all the ingredients in at the beginning (before doing this step) and it was hard to avoid scooping
out some of the onions and seasoned gravy.
I did burn the shit
out of the onions initially, but after they were such a nice addition to the mountain and a great side snack.

of sugar 13) Bake in oven at 200 deg cel for around 30 — 40 minutes or until tart shell is golden brown 14) Serve with a side
of vegetable salad (optional)
I know I should follow it but it's just so hard because lentils, chickpeas, avocado, mushrooms, artichokes,
onions and garlic It's really hard to leave those
out even if it's just for a couple

out of this world and aside from that, the sliders really need nothing.

of those flavors might sound a little sweet for soup but the coconut milk is actually very subtle and the vegetable broth and
onion balance it all
