of maple syrup from the original
recipe, as the
pumpkin wouldn't contribute sweetness the way the bananas do; I baked the batter as a dozen standard muffins, which took about 20 minutes at 350.

Okay so I waited until the 10th
of September to roll
out the very first
pumpkin recipe.
It is so yummy and although one
of my fav
pumpkin recipes is your
pumpkin chocolate chip muffins / bread, I will definitely have to try some
of these
out.
Following Hermé's
recipe but flavoring them with;
pumpkin spice, coffee and cocoa and making my own version
of fillings I'm quite happy with how they turned
out.

of recipe message boards that people skip the cloves sometimes and their
pumpkin recipes still turn
out tasty.
I know you might be thinking I'm completely
out of season doing a
pumpkin recipe in the middle
of Spring.
If you aren't
pumpkin - ed
out by now, it's worth keeping a few cans
of the puree stashed away in your pantry for
recipes like this.
I love when fall arrives for all
of the
pumpkin recipes out on the web that I can try
out at home.
The seeds are pretty much the best thing that you can eat
out of the
pumpkin, and these three
pumpkin recipes give you several different, and tasty, ways to eat them.
If you really don't want to bake with oil, I'd recommend checking
out my
recipe for butternut squash bread (http://www.exsloth.com/maple-coconut-butternut-squash-bread/) and using
pumpkin puree instead
of squash.
BTW, you could substitute the
pumpkin flavor for the original cold brew in this
recipe and also swap the greek yogurt
out for
pumpkin puree and have the most epic
pumpkin chai cold brew overnight oats
of life.
I was very tempted to use my homemade
pumpkin puree in this
recipe but seeing that the last batch
of waffles turned into a «waffle scramble», I decided to leave it
out and just use
pumpkin spice instead.
Besides the one blip
of a
pumpkin back to school
recipe in August, I held
out on the
pumpkin craze until October.

recipe idea used 1 cup
of almonds and 1cup ofwalnuts instead
of pecans added linseed, sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds and unsweetened coconut flakes to make up the bulk
of the nuts and 1 cup
of dates + half a cup
of dried figs all other ingredients & measurements were the same just
