I grew up eating
real, homemade
foods fresh
out of the oven which is, perhaps, why I love creating dishes in my own kitchen now.

I decided to dig myself
out of the hole I had dug in the plant based realm, and focus on every
real whole
food (still plant based)-- I went back to the basics.
When the subjects focused on
real, whole
foods and cut refined grains, sugars, and processed
foods out of their diet, they lost significant weight, without having to count calories or restrict energy intake.
Lunch — On all
of my international trips lunch was the best meal — we always went
out for a multi-course meal and the
food was
real and delicious.

I made my first loaf
of gluten free bread, a few months ago and was amazed when it came
out right and tasted like
real bread, so I guess I've learnt that we can eat and bake with the best
of them and gluten free
food can taste great!
We are talking simple, bright, fancy,

I see numerous campaigns and programs geared toward removing fat and cholesterol

I recommend getting them involved as soon as possible and putting

I think the director
of the program created a program that schools could implement & maybe wrote a book... I'll never forget the part in Super Size Me when the school for kids kicked
out of other schools changed the menu to healthy,
real, cooked in a kitchen
food & behavior problems diminished.
