I made one last year just
out of rosemary my neighbour had trimmed.

I served these with a naan or brown rice tortilla option and some matchstick roasted potatoes that I tossed with fresh
rosemary and oregano hot
out of the oven.
I left the fresh
rosemary out of the jam, and rather than using lemon zest and juice, I used a splash
of OJ.

I have made this many times — always with the addition
of fresh chopped
rosemary — it comes
out amazing — the bowl is always empty and I usually make double the recipe!
This recipe for
rosemary and garlic tostones was born
out of that.

More often than not, it would be spread
out on a large sheet pan (free form) and covered with lots
of rosemary, garlic and olive oil.
but he LOVED it as so did I. I ended up serving it with fresh basil and garlic since the store was

I don't think they taste eggy but if you want to add different flavor to them you can spray the tops
of them, after they come
out of the oven, with olive oil and put a little garlic salt or

I made this tonight and it was very tasty — i didn't have enough dill, so added fresh

out of feta, so added some ricotta salata — delicious.

2 cups unsweetened almond milk 1 tablespoon green tea leaves 2 - 3 sprigs
rosemary — lightly bruised with the back
of a chef's knife 1 vanilla bean — seeds scraped
out 1/2 cup raw cacao butter — shredded (I like this brand) 2 tablespoons maca powder (optional, but great here) 1 cup cashews — soaked in water for 4 hours 4 soft dates — pits removed and chopped ground cinnamon and / or nutmeg, or cocoa powder for sprinkling on top — optional
1 1/3 cup (300 g) full fat coconut milk 2
rosemary sprigs — lightly bruised with the back
of a chef's knife 1 tablespoon green tea leaves 1/2 vanilla bean — seeds scraped
out 3/4 cup cashews — soaked in water for 4 hours 1 cup purified water, plus more for soaking the cashews 2 - 3 soft dates — pitted and chopped about 6 ice - cubes, more if needed
Going
out to pick a handful
of fresh
rosemary to throw in... YUMMY!!!
I substituted the parmesan cheese with gruyere and used
rosemary instead
of thyme because that's what I had fresh — it turned
out great!
Halfway through the baking time, open the door, slide racks
out, and carefully brush the edges
of the crusts with the
rosemary olive oil and dot over pizzas, especially over the walnuts.
Finely chop the
rosemary and thyme and add to the mix with 3 - 4 tablespoons
of olive oil, before tipping
out into a large tray and roasting for about 35 minutes.
Parmesan Roasted Chickpeas Inspired by Woman's Day magazine 2 (15 ounce) cans
of chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons olive oil juice from 1/2 a lemon (~ 1 1/2 tablespoons) 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried
rosemary, crushed 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 cup grated parmesan After you have rinsed and drained your chickpeas, spread them
out on a paper towel to dry.
My variations from the original recipe are that I use dried thyme and marjoram instead
of dill and
rosemary (because I didn't have dill or
rosemary on hand the first time I made it), and I worked
out that 1/2 teaspoon
of sea salt is the right amount for our tastes.
I used fresh
rosemary instead
of the parsley which turned
out lovely.
And the flavor is
out of this world, thanks to the mix
of ingredients and
rosemary - spiked quinoa.
I left
out the bread crumbs, used half a cup
of walnuts and 1/4 cup dried cranberries in the «meat» as well as cooking the lentils with a tablespoon
of dried
rosemary and 3 bay leaves and adding 1/2 tsp cumin and ginger and 1/2 tbsp
of Braggs Liquid aminos and Worcestershire sauce.
A herbaceous, green miso paste with some garlic bite, rounded
out with lots
of scallions, cilantro, ginger, and some
rosemary.
Leave it
out or swap for an equal amount
of cinnamon, ground ginger, or even dried

I had half
of a butternut squash in the fridge, so we diced that and roasted it with the cauliflower, left

Roasting root vegetables brings
out their natural sweetness, so this recipe needs just a dash
of rosemary for balancing earthy flavor.
But when you can air fry them with just a teaspoon or two
of oil and they turn
out to be as delicious as these
rosemary chips, they are very hard to resist.
I flavored my balsamic reduction with fresh
rosemary, garlic and honey with a kick
of paprika to balance
out the sweetness.
If you're interested in making the fig, goat, cheese and
rosemary scones, the recipes is the same, only you leave
out the sugar, add 1 cup

The sun's
out and the crew — with John Moore and Hannah Henderson (she and Porcello run the General Store in L.A.'s Venice Beach) and a merry band
of woodworkers, horticulturalists, and artists — is taking advantage
of it by having dinner in General Store's backyard, where succulents and cacti grow alongside

For our little ones between 3 months and 2 years old, try
out Vicks BabyRub, a non-medicated formula that contains fragrances
of eucalyptus,
rosemary, and lavender.
Latin - style chicken: Leave the
rosemary and paprika

out quite the same without the fresh - off - the - farm produce and wood burning oven «Magic» Herb Oil Sorry, no specific recipe here, but just mix any fresh herbs you can get your hands on (we used basil, oregano, espazote,
rosemary, and sage), some garlic, salt, pepper, and oil (we used a mix
of olive and sunflower to raise the smoke point a bit).
I'm hoping this book will help me figure
out how to best grow herbs like lavender and
rosemary in the park strip in front
of my house.

of the essential oils and
rosemary extract, measure
out and add these to the dry ingredients.
