I do love almond milk especially for dishes
like these as I am really funny about cows milk at the best
of times and the thought
of leaving it in a

Out of the corner
of my eye, I saw a stack
of what looked
like fried tortillas in the shape

1) Pre-heat oven to 350 deg Fahrenheit (175 deg Cel) and line a metal baking pan or cast - iron pan 2) Blend the cashew nuts in a food processor or a blender until it becomes
like fine sand (if necessary, pass the blended cashews through a sieve — and re-process the parts that are not fine enough to pass through the sieve) 3) In a large
bowl, whisk the ground cashew nuts, tapioca flour, salt and baking powder together until combined 4) In another
bowl, mix the honey, vanilla extract and egg together until all ingredients are well incorporated 5) Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until you get a homogeneous batter 6) Gently stir in 1 cup
of fresh blueberries until evenly distributed 7) Pour the batter into the baking pan or cast iron pan, and evenly distribute the rest
of the blueberries on top 8) Bake for around 30 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes
out clean) 9) Let the scones cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing into 8 portions.
Serve in
bowls with chips and tortillas on the side along with lots
of cold beer (Patti
likes a well chilled Chablis, I guess you can take the girl
out of the city, but...) and Tabasco sauce.
When I eat raviolis, I
like sticking to lighter toppings and sauces too in order to let the ravioli flavor come
out — these
bowls of raviolis look awesome.

like to bake just as long as you can get in and
out of the kitchen in under an hour and without completely dirtying every
bowl and measuring cup and spoon you own.
I'd
like to point
out that for one
bowl of this pasta, you would not pay anywhere near $ 10.
Cut a thin slice from the top
of each potato and carefully scoop
out potato pulp into a
bowl, leaving shells intact
like this.
We
like to plop a dollop
of any flavor
of Lilly's Hummus into the center
of the
bowl, and let the flavor spread
out.
After squash has cooled (or before, because you're starving and don't want to wait and end up burning your fingertips
like me), scoop
out flesh into a large
bowl and add egg, coconut flour, cinnamon and a dash
of salt.
You could,
of course, use this for a serving
bowl, but I particularly
like diving into a healthy meal
