I used fairly large
cookie cutters and left them kind
of thick and still got 55
cookies out of a doubled recipe.
Before layering slices
of tomato and mozzarella and drizzling on the balsamic vinegar, pop watermelon circles (use the top
of an empty can or a circular
cookie cutter) and tomato slices onto a heated grill to bring
out both fruits» utmost flavor.
With a
cookie cutter cut
out shapes and place them on a

We cut
