An ownership change is usually a sign of hope and opportunity for a fanbase; a chance to reset and come up with new ways to get the
best out of a franchise.
While I understand the studios desire to squeeze every last
dollar out of the franchise, they should have made one exceptionally good film instead of taking the risk of separating the material.
So, here, I'm really only including a single
odd outing of a franchise, by using the fact that it was technically a part of it.
