These bars could easily be frozen for up to a month (if they even make it to the freezer), and are best enjoyed right
out of the fridge as they will need to stay chilled.
I'm not sure how long it would keep
out of the fridge as it would depend how hot your house is but I wouldn't like to think more than 1 day.
