I didn't actually read all the comments but I was running
out of apple cider vinegar so I probably only put
in about half a tablespoon
in the rice and half
in the mixture and with the
lemon made it just right amount
of tangy.
I experimented with using minced borage and
lemon balm from the garden
in place
of the cucumber and

Slice them up, neat eighths halved again, tossed
in sugar and tapioca for body, a touch
of nutmeg and
lemon juice to coax
out profundity — and salt, just a pinch or two to temper the sweetness.
I used to soak clean egg shells

I made these, excellent flavor, mine fell apart, I will wring
out zucchini
in the future, served mine on a salad with
lemon and olive oil dressing, put a dollop
of cilantro, mayo, garlic,
