I just took my two loaves
out of the loaf pans and I had a lot of condensation on the the bottom of the pans and the loaves were a bit soggy.
You can pop
it out of the loaf right away and cool it on a rack.
Lift spread
out of loaf pan using parchment or plastic wrap lining pan.
If you slice 5 pieces
out of each loaf it makes 10 servings which is roughly 250 calories per piece.
Tip
out of the loaf pans and allow to fully cool on a wire rack before cooling.
If you don't have Sticky Bun Sugar, replace it with brown sugar; the filling may seep
