Just simply make a glaze, like you would make for doughnuts,
out of powdered sugar and water, with 1/2 teaspoon of whatever extract you prefer and a pinch of salt.

I think I used about 2x the amount
of raw cocao
powder as I had used 1/3 cup 1st time and 80g 2nd time and volume wise worked
out there was twice as much second time.
They have turned
out lovely and gooey but don't taste the least bit chocolatey, in fact if it wasn't for the faint taste from the laguma
powder, I'm not sure that they would taste
of anything at all I now see a comment below recommending doubling the amount
of cacao so I will try that next time.

I used dark cocoa

of raw cacao, and it turned

of rhubarb sauce so that it swirls through the batter / Place in a 9 - inch square or 10 - inch round pan coated with just a little butter and flour / Sprinkle evenly with chopped almonds (or, use local hazelnuts instead, or omit the nuts) / Bake at 325º for about an hour, until skewer comes
out clean when tested / Macrina Bakery dusts the cake with
powdered sugar and coarsely chopped almonds / Cake is tender until completely cooled so handle with care.

out of egg beaters and there is a HUGE difference in consistency.

out of almond & coconut milk on one
of my many attempts at baking this, so i used 1/3 c water mixed with 1/3 scoop vanilla protein
powder and mixed it in a shaker bottle to make my own «vanilla milk»... it worked great!
I never throw away baking
powder that is
out of date because it lends itself to cleaning all kinds
of stains on surfaces (just mix with a little water).
