I cleaned
out the crisper drawer in my fridge, choosing vegetables and fruits that contrasted in flavour and texture, like baby bok choy and
red pepper, green and
red onion, a sweet navel orange and one
of those fabulous crispy Asian pears that are available now.
This recipe is a perfect example
of our approach: grapes, pecans, and

I sometimes put
out a fun plate
of toppings for everyone to add to their serving... chopped dill pickles, sliced
red onion and diced tomatoes to name a few.

There is also lots
of fresh mozzarella and thinly sliced

This past week, I added roasted garlic, parsnips and

I didn't add herbs but few drops
of Tabasco & diced

out superb!
