We've learned that just about anything works pretty well and that the key to minimizing odors is to remove as much poop as possible from the
diapers before they go into the
pail, to keep the
pail out of direct sunshine and away from heaters, and to regularly wash dirty
diapers.
Helpful chores may include: Do a load
of laundry, fill or empty the dishwasher, wipe down the counters, clean
out the fridge, stock the fridge with fresh food, take
out the garbage, empty the
diaper pail, change the bed sheets, clean
out the litter box, walk the dog, address thank - you notes, or most fun
of all: Hold the baby while Mom has a shower or takes a nap.
However, the
diaper pail would have a bit
of soap and water at the bottom, all to be spun
out in the washer before giving them a good wash.
I use the gCloth Liners on the gCloth inserts so poop is easily disposed
of without having to rinse

It is also essential, just as with a wet
pail system, that you change
out the water daily in order to avoid ghastly odors and the build - up
of grime on your
diapers.
This is probably my favorite

First, the essence or the purpose
of a
diaper pail is to one: keep the smell locked in; otherwise you can just use a normal trash can, and two: reduce the number
of times you have to take the trash
out because
of the smell.
And since there are so many options available, figuring

You could throw used or new coffee grounds into the bottom
of your
diaper pail, and let it stand for a few hours or overnight, then rinse it
out.
