It is possible to get more
out of your readers when you apply these tips.
Not exact matches

The best talk in the world will land flat if it's introduced at a moment

When I first saw the title
of this book I assumed it would be a pamphlet along the lines
of those very useful booklets published by the Catholic Truth Society, setting
out Catholic doctrine in simple terms for the interested
reader without the time or inclination to read more weighty theological works.
But not
when it comes at the cost
of slaying both Moses and God in order to exalt a Yahwist who turns
out to be nothing more than the mirror image
of two clever 20th - century
readers.
Imperceptible though these hints may appear, the
reader should remember them
when he gets to the end
of the story and recognize that the historian sees a purpose being worked
out in the history he relates.
We often get emails from
readers who are disappointed
when a recipe doesn't work, only to find
out they've changed most
of the ingredients.
