Having a schedule and figuring

If you're bodyweight training you can do a «warm up» set
of the same moves you're planning to do for your
workout at a lower intensity, or if you're short on
time, do the first few moves
of your
workout at a lower intensity or with modifications, then go full
out when you're warmer.
This will come with
time, but you can help hurry the process along by creating daily rituals that center around your
workout: Sip a cup
of coffee on your way to the gym in the morning, roll
out your yoga mat in front
of the TV when you wake up in the morning, or listen to a favorite song to get you pumped up before you head
out for a run.
By eating and drinking the proper nutrients at the right
time, lifting and training muscle groups in proper succession, and cutting
out time - wasting activities, you'll be amazed at the shorter duration
of your
workouts.
Taking
time out for self - care doesn't come easily to most
of us, but when your skin is preparing for the
workout of its life a little extra pampering is in order.
