I thought it'd be easy
for me because I maintain a pretty strict routine myself, but I soon found
out that my usual schedule
of workout classes and treadmill runs were nothing compared to JLo's
workouts.

Well, I lead a pretty hectic lifestyle and I'm a fan

workouts, sadly this kind
of exercise can have a negative impact upon healthy gut bacteria so I kindly asked PurePharma
for a box to try
out.
My plan
for workouts this week is the same: three
workouts, one
of which has to be a class
out of the house!

workout snack... * ahem like these cranberry pumpkin energy balls... And another excuse
for me to eat it straight

I almost didn't stick with my plan
for workouts last week but I managed to squeeze in my

workout on Sunday afternoon at DEFINE.

Meanwhile, mix regular sugar, 1/4 cup flour juice and zest
of lemon or lime, baking powder, and eggs with a mixer on high
for about 3 mins, I have also mixed by hand and it comes
out fine, plus I get a
workout, till it is light and fluffy, them pour this mixture over the cooled crust.
I would love to be, I dream
of being one
of those «get up and go» people, who's up at 5 am, smashes
out an awesome
workout then comes home, raring
for the day.
Then before dinner we'll usually do some kind
of workout in the house, get outside
for a while, or hang
out with friends.
It is a place
